We have worked with GRS for more than five years providing expertise to the food sector across a variety of disciplines from simple labelling and ingredient reviews to production of complete novel foods dossiers. Our work with GRS has a particular focus on innovative foods and ingredients such as CBD and other cannabinoids, cultured meat, vegetable proteins and insect proteins.

Recently we have worked with GRS to prepare and submit dossiers for Novel Foods approval, navigating the changing landscape to support clients to generate and submit quality dossiers. This work has led to an excellent understanding of both European and UK regulatory landscapes especially with regard to innovative ingredients as well as established relationships with the regulators.
